If you would like to pay by check. Please print out your order (as instructed on the site at closing of order) and mail it to us with a check enclosed. If you send a bank or certified check, we can process your order immediately. If you send either a personal or business check, it will take at least a week to clear. IMPORTANT- Please make checks or money orders made payable to KOOKLA KOOKS Toy Co., LLC.

We make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. In-stock items are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Please note: orders made after 1:00 PM (Eastern Time) will be generally entered the next business day. Weekend orders (from Thursday after 3:00 P.M.) will be processed on the following Monday. If there is a problem with your order you will receive an e-mail within one business day to advise you about the situation.
Shipping Method:
All packages delivered in the continental USA are shipped Via UPS ground (Unless otherwise specified).
Shipping Charges:
We ship products UPS ground. Shipping charges are not included in our pricing. Please place your order in the "Shopping Cart" to view your shipping charges.
ORDERS FROM ALASKA & HAWAII AND ORDERS FROM CANADA AND OTHER COUNTRIES
We currently do not accept ONLINE orders from Alaska, Hawaii or from Canada and other Countries. However, we will accept mail orders. Please contact us first with what you are interested in and we will get back to you and confirm the final costs. Payments must be in USD. Only checks and money order are accepted. Please make checks payable to KOOKLA KOOKS, LLC.

RETURN POLICY & PROCEDURE

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it for a full refund within 15 days of receiving it.
Return Procedure
If you decide to return your purchase you must contact us within the first 15 days of receiving the merchandise and advise us of the return. Your invoice must accompany your return. IMPORTANT NOTE: Returns made without contacting us within the first 15 days will be denied and returns made after 15-day grace period will be denied.
Refunding of Shipping Charges
Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to defective merchandise or our error.
The Return Process
After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If your purchase was made by using a credit card, we will refund your account. If your purchase was by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.
